Welcome to Club Heritage Pune. By booking any tour, experience, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

  • 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Club Heritage Pune.
  • 1.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
  • 1.3. Final itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and timing details will be shared upon confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • 2.1. An advance payment is required to secure your booking.
  • 2.2. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • 2.3. Prices may change due to factors such as government taxes, fuel costs, or operational requirements.

3. Amendments & Itinerary Changes

  • 3.1. Club Heritage Pune reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 3.2. Any changes will be made with guest comfort and experience as the top priority.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • 4.1. Guests are required to comply with local laws, cultural norms, and safety guidelines throughout the tour.
  • 4.2. Any loss, damage, or additional costs caused by the guest will be the guest’s responsibility.
  • 4.3. Club Heritage Pune is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

5. Health, Safety & Travel Readiness

  • 5.1. Guests must inform Club Heritage Pune in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special assistance requirements.
  • 5.2. Participation in all tours and activities is at the guest’s own discretion and risk.
  • 5.3. Club Heritage Pune shall not be held liable for illness, injury, accidents, or medical emergencies during the tour.

6. Punctuality & No-Shows

  • 6.1. Guests are expected to arrive at designated meeting points on time.
  • 6.2. Delays caused by guests may result in missed services without entitlement to a refund.
  • 6.3. Failure to report at the scheduled time and location will be treated as a no-show.

7. Force Majeure

  • 7.1. Club Heritage Pune shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Use of Media

  • 8.1. Club Heritage Pune may use photographs, videos, or testimonials captured during tours for promotional and marketing purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • 9.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • 10.1. By confirming a booking with Club Heritage Pune, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
